SUMMARY:Long Pond Plant Paddle
DESCRIPTION:Want to join the battle against invasive aquatic plants\, or just looking to paddle on a new lake or pond? \nJoin our volunteer-powered team to help survey the shoreline for invasive (and native) aquatic plants! Each group of volunteers is paired with a person who is certified in aquatic plant identification. You can use a kayak\, canoe\, paddleboard\, small motorboat\, or even snorkel! Plant paddles are a great way to spend a morning paddling in the sunshine while doing a service to the lake. \nFeel free to sign up for paddles on a different lake than your own! Each of the Belgrade Lakes is beautiful and offers it’s own unique features that are worthy of protection! \nIf you are unable to participate in a paddle due to mobility issues or other restrictions\, please consider “donating” your camp or drive way for an afternoon. We can survey much more shoreline if we are able to park and launch paddle craft from a variety of locations. \n  \n \n Register Here \n\n  \nPlease direct any questions about this event to our Invasive Aquatics Program Director Sharon Mann at sharon.mann@7lakesalliance.org.

SUMMARY:Salmon Lake Plant Paddle
DESCRIPTION:Want to join the battle against invasive aquatic plants\, or just looking to paddle on a new lake or pond? \nJoin our volunteer-powered team to help survey the shoreline for invasive (and native) aquatic plants.
