DESCRIPTION:Learn about invasive aquatic plants: what they are\, why they are bad news\, and how you can help prevent them from taking over the Belgrade Lakes! \nJosie Miller\, Invasives Coordinator\, leading an aquatic plant workshop \nAfter a short presentation from our Invasive Aquatics program staff\, participants will get their hands dirty (literally) and try to identify real-live plants in person! Participants will learn how to identify aquatic plants found throughout the Belgrade Lakes watershed\, both native and invasive. \nEvent Policies: \n\nWe ask everyone attending 7 Lakes Alliance events to treat people\, plants\, and animals with respect.\n7 Lakes staff may be taking pictures during this event.
