About the Event

During this training, participants will learn why erosion control practices are important; how to properly install and maintain Erosion & Sedimentation Control BMPs, and be exposed to the principles of erosion and sedimentation. This training is for Contractors, Code Enforcement Officers, Road Association Leaders, and Community Members concerned about runoff.

What to Expect

  • $65 registration fee (covers lunch, light refreshments, DEP training fee, and facility)
    • pay by cash or check day-of the event
    • make checks payable to 7 Lakes Alliance
  • Coffee and lunch will be provided, please email sally.whittington@7lakesalliance.org if you have any dietary restrictions

Parking

This program will be run at the 7 Lakes Alliance building located at 137 Main Street, Belgrade, ME 04917. Our parking area is limited and alternative parking can be found along Main Street, as well as at the Village Green parking area (Across from the Sunset Grill located at 1214 West Road, Belgrade)
