Design and implement a comprehensive annual giving strategy to increase support, deepen donor engagement, and strengthen the organization’s culture of philanthropy. This role will manage multi-channel annual appeals, support donor stewardship and recognition programs, and build a pipeline of annual donors.

Locate, identify, and remove invasive aquatic plants that threaten native species, water quality, and recreation. This is a physically demanding, outdoor position that involves extensive time on and under the water in varying weather conditions.

Pay: $17–$18/hour, based on experience
Schedule: Seasonal, full-time (40 hours/week)
Dates: June 1 – August 27, with potential part-time work through October

Serve as the primary liaison between the Program Director and field staff, translating work plans into safe, efficient, and well-executed daily missions. Each Crew Leader supervises a team of 2–3 crew members.
