Richie Tory is an avid mushroom hunter, organic farmer and vegetarian cook, living and working for over 50 years on his Central Maine farm.  He has been leading mushroom workshops and walks for more than 30 years. This workshop is for foraging beginners who wish to identify common choice edible mushrooms and learn how to find them and what to avoid. Materials will be provided.
