About The Event
Join Constance Woodworth from WorthIt Nature and Forest Therapy Connections on a slow, mindful walk on French Mountain. This walk is intended as a way to slow down, allow the senses to open, and experience the environment with deeper connection.
French Mountain is a 0.8 mile loop hike that has some steep sections. Please wear appropriate footwear and bring layers. If you have any questions please email sally.whittington@7lakesalliance.org.
